What a served <ui-view>'s wake came to.

• adopted: the element hydrated its served nodes, and they are the live ones.
• fell-back: the served pair did not match the render the client booted into, or was lost; the view dropped the served interior and rendered cold.
• none: nothing to adopt — an empty served pair, the address no state routed, or a view the document served no markers for.
